At Pascoes, we stand by the quality of our product. Your satisfaction is important to us.
If any goods are faulty we will meet our statutory obligations to provide a remedy. Pascoes is not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.
If you've made a purchase from our website and need to return the product, we will exchange the item for a Pascoes gift card if returned within 14 days of purchase. The goods must be in an unworn and new condition.
Due to hygiene regulations we are unable to exchange body
jewellery (nose studs, belly bars, labrets or eye bow body jewellery).

Upon receiving the product, we will take the required action which includes thorough testing of the goods to ensure that the item has not be altered or tampered with in any way.
Pascoes will not refund the original delivery costs relating to the return of non-faulty product(s).
